Every Down Line is a Share that is similar to the shoot that comes out of the banyan tree. The value of each share varies per market performance, the strength of each shoot of the Banyan Tree depends on how it deep roots itself and finds nourishment. Life changing money in network marketing does not come unless you have aggression. Aggression in performance is the key to success, aggression in creating a lot of shoots like the banyan tree. Aggression in continuing to grow yourself. You do not stop with creating down lines, but you continue to make more and more sales and more and more recruitment. The main branch of the banyan tree continues to grow even after it gives out a 1000 branches or more. Every up line should continue to grow even after they make the down lines. Everything has a price to pay, if you need to make life changing money with network marketing you need to show strength of personality and you have to pay the price of great character. After you have met with your minimum down line targets you have to continue to be selling and recruiting for several reasons. If you continue to be selling and recruiting throughout your MLM life span, your growth will not be affected due to broken down lines. Rather your growth will be constant and up going, if your down lines outperforms you are going to benefit; even if they perform at a low rate, you will be having a constant growth assuming that if one branch of your down line fails the other will perform. Even if your growth is not going to be exponentially high, it will be adding up each year. The up line distributor has better merits and benefits than the other recruit down lines because he joined the race a bit earlier than others. This is similar to the many arms of the banyan tree; the early arms deep root and balance the tree and they are strong and better than new roots; the stronger you are as an up line the more money you make. The primary trunk of the banyan tree continues to grow through hectares supported by several arms. Similarly, the MLM system spreads with the support of several down lines and further recruits so that they deep root enough to make a consistent sale always. Even though the banyan tree makes lot of arms to root it self, the primary trunk and the old trunks continue to grow! It is because of this growth pattern the banyan tree stays strong and good despite having so many shoots. If the tree would have allowed the shoots to grow and if the primary trunk stopped performing or growing, then the whole system would fall. The process of the main branch and every new shoot continuing to grow is also another reason for why the tree will be able to stand strong even if one of the shoots get cut off or do not perform.
